  3. Now make small balls of dough and make another smallballs of filling. Filling should be 2/3 of dough.
  4. Take one ball of dough in hand. Flattend it in palms and now make folds shown in picture. Its is just for a reference.
  5. Now put those modaks in steamer and cook it 15 mins.
  6. Pour ghee on it and serve it.
