  1. Pre-heat oven at 250°C.
  2. To make marinade, cream the cheese in a bowl with your hands.
  3. Add yogurt little by little and cream again.Transfer the mixture in a blender jar and add ginger garlic paste,cashew paste, crushed peppercorns, green chillies,salt and garam masala powder and blend well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
  4. Cut the chicken into tikka size cubes and add in the marinade.Mix well and set aside for 15 - 20 minutes.
  5. To make nun dough take the yeast in a bowl.
  6. Microwave milk for 15 seconds and add to yeast alongwith sugar,salt and 1 teaspoon refined flour.Mix well.Set aside in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Combine 2 cups of refined flour,red chilli flakes,salt, crushed peppercorns, baking powder, chopped coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon butter in a bowl.Add the yeast milk, mix well and knead into a soft dough using warm water as required.Set aside 20 minutes to ferment.
  8. Heat a non-stick pan and put the marinated chicken in it alongwith the marinade.Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.Flatten out the balls into elongated naans, dusting with flour.
  10. Grease baking tray butter and place the naans on it.Put the cooked chicken pieces on each naan and place the tray in the preheated oven.Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and brush the sides of the naan and the chicken with butter.
  12. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top of the chicken and serve hot.
