  7. 6 tbsp Sugar
  8. 1 cup Milk
  9. 4 tbsp Coconut oil

Steps to make to make Corn bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
    In a bowl, place all the dry ingredients and mix.
  2. Now add the wet ingredients and mix again.
    Place the batter in a 8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake it for 25 minutes at 180 or till the cake is done.
    Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. Cut Into pieces, serve and enjoy.

    You can use one cup of yellow corn (makai ka atta)flour and one cup of white corn flour (jowar) by 1:1
    Baking time varies from oven to oven.
    You can use margarine instead of oil.
