- 3 cloves Lehsan (Garlic)
- 6-7 Sabut lal mirch (Whole red chilies)
- 1 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds)
- 8-10 Curry pata (Curry leaves)
Instructions to make to make Kadhi Pakora
- Prepare Kadhi:
In a bowl add Baisan, yogurt salt, turmeric powdered, red chilli powder and mix it well - In pot,add oil,curry leaves,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add gram flour yogurt mixture and mix well.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low medium flame (approx. 1 & ½ hours) and keep stirring in between. - Prepare Pakoray:
In a bowl, add gram flour,salt, baking soda, coriander seeds,red chilli powder, green chilies, onion,fresh coriander and mix well.
Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter.
In wok,heat oil and fry pakoray until crispy and golden. - Now add fried pakoray in kadhi,stir gently and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- For Tadka:
In a frying pan, add oil, garlic, whole red chilies, and mix, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry it. - Now add tadka on kadhi
