  1. In a large mixing bowl add yogurt,salt and sugar whisk it for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add oil, baking soda and baking powder and whisk for more 1-2 minutes.Add wheat flour.mix it well and make a dough with lukewarm water.
  3. Knead at least for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Keep on kneading until you get a soft and smooth dough. Dough should be elastic and strecheble.
  4. Rub oil on dough and Keep this dough at least 2-21/2 hours. By covering it with wet cloth
  5. After 2 hours again knead dough 2-3 times punch with your fingers then pick a little large part of dough roll it and make a ball of it and roll thick roti of it. Fork olver the roti.
  6. Preheat griddle, keep pizza roti on it, and bake.
  7. Flip the Roti and spread pizza sauce on it.then add chopped veggies on it. Bake it on low flame
  8. Add grated mozzorela cheese to it. Cook it on low flame. Cover griddle with lid and check in between.
  9. When cheese melts, and veggies and roti cook nicely off the flame. Sprinkle mixed herbs and chili flakes on ready pizza. Serve it.
