Instructions to make to make Stuffed buns
- Marinate 1/2 kg chicken with tandoori, tikka masala, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste and salt.mix, cook and keep aside
- Marinate another 1/2 kg chicken with lemon, salt, paprika and b lack pepper. Cook, mix and keep aside.
- For Ranch sauce:
Mix in mayonnaise, milk, cream. Whisk until smooth paste is formed. Now add salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp parsley and 1 lemon juice. Mix and keep aside - For honey mustard sauce: mix in honey, mayonnaise, mustard paste, paprika, salt and pepper to taste and vinegar. Mix and keep aside.
- Now cut deep round from center of buns. Add chicken and pour sauce over it. Add topping of your own choice.
- Bake for around 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees just for the cheese to melt.
