  2. 2 Bananas (186g)
  3. 100 g Total 0% Yoghurt
  4. 1 Small Egg
  5. 50 g Porridge Oats
  6. 100 g Oat Bran (or oat flour)
  7. 15 g Plain Brown Rice Protein Powder (Optional)
  8. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  9. 1/4 tsp Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Steps to make to make Prune & Banana Slices

  1. Place prunes in juice, chopped bananas, yoghurt and egg into a bowl.
  2. Whisk these wet ingredients together until blended well (I used an electric whisk)
  3. Add all the dry ingredients and vanilla essence.

    If you have a spice or coffee grinder you could use this to make the oat bran into a finer flour if you wish. (I floured 50g of the oat bran and left the other 50g and oats whole to keep some texture).
  4. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a brownie tin.

    Cook on 180c for 20 mins.

    Allow to cool, cut into 10.

    I think they're best cold from the fridge!!
