  1. Make a tadka with some oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal. In the same tadka add rava and fry it till fragnent.
  2. To this rava mix add yoghurt and coriander leaves, salt and mix it.Add little water to maintain the consistency.
  3. Before adding it to idli plates, add baking soda to the rava yoghurt mixture. Mix nicely and add it to idli moulds and steam for 12 minutes.
  4. Once done, prick a tooth pick and check if it comes clean then idlis are done or else steam for another 5 minutes. Serve the idlis with chutneys.
