  2. For besan vada, add 2 tbsp water to 2 tbsp besan. Add 1/2 tsp salt and pinch of baking soda. Mmix and add dollops of batter to hot oil and fry until golden.
  3. Top it with 1/2 the potatoes, chick peas, vada, remaining curd, 2 tsp imli chutney followed by 2 tsp green chutney.
  4. Sprinkle little salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, chilli/pepper powder.
  5. Repeat above steps for each plate.
  6. Garnish with coriander and sev and pomegranate.
  7. Serve immediately.
