  1. In a bowl add dill, fenugreek, coriander, ajwain, sesame seeds, fresh garlic, ginger, chilli and garlic paste. Add in pearl millet, salt, turmeric and mix well. Add the yogurt and baking soda and make a thick batter. If its too thick add a little bit of water.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee/ oil and add a ladle full of batter. Spread it round in about 3 inch diameter. Sprinkle some sesame on top and cover and let it cook for couple of minutes.
  3. Flip over and add another 1/2 teaspoon ghee/ oil. Cover and let it cook for further couple of minutes. Flip over once more and cook for further minute.
  4. Remove in a plate and butter on top if preferred. Repeat for the rest of the batter. I made 4 out if the batter. Enjoy with fresh yogurt, tea or own its own.
