  4. 1 pack shan tikka masala

  8. 2 table spoon meat tenderizer
  9. 2 kg Approx mutton raan

  1. Clean tha raan properly,wash it and dried it.put deep cuts on bith sides of leg
  2. Take a bowl.add yogurt.add ginger garlic paste,green paste raw papaya.red chilli powder anf tikka masala and meat tenderizerin it
    Mix it well.spread it all over raan.on both sides with your hands.leave it with marination over night in a fridge
  3. Next day.take a wok.add oil in it place raan with masala in it..turn the flame on low for 1 hour.check in b/w.if the raan is looks tender.turn it on ther other side.cook it for another 1 hour
  4. When the leg is looks soft.transfer ot to baking tray.spread left over masala on leg with spatula.put it on preheated oven at 200 C.I skipped veggies.
  5. Served it with green sauce and fresh salad and raita and lemon 🍋
